The Brand

This is what happens when a person refuses to become what circumstance designed them to be.

And then puts it on your feet.

The Name

Boldstance.

Two words. One idea. Bold is not a personality, it is a decision, the choice made in the moment before the moment, when folding would have been easier. Stance is not a position, it is a commitment, the declaration that you are here, that you have arrived, that you will not be moved.

Stand tall. Hold your ground. Dare what others would not.

We did not name the brand after a founder. We named it after the act. Because the act belongs to everyone who ever stood up when they were never supposed to.

The Stride emblem
The Mark

The Stride.

Every brand worth remembering carries its meaning in a single mark, without a word of explanation. The Stride was not designed to represent a product. It was designed to represent a moment: the fraction of a second between the decision to move and the first step taken. The instant intention becomes action. Every person who ever did something they were not supposed to be able to do has stood inside that moment.

Dynamic Core

The point where power is generated. Not the foot, not the shoe. The decision. Everything radiates outward from here.

Forward Edge

The leading angle moves ahead without hesitation, because hesitation is the only thing that ever stopped a person becoming what they could be.

Upward Vector

Built for progression without a ceiling. The standard you hold today is not the limit. It is the floor for tomorrow.

Angular Structure

No soft curves. No rounded edges. Every angle deliberate, every line earned. Precision in every step.

Individually, elements. Together, movement. This is the Stride.

The Designer

The mark was built, not generated.

Identity byJonas Söder

The Stride was designed by Jonas Söder, an independent identity designer based in Berlin, whose studio has built marks for Red Bull and Dribbble. Most early brands ship a logo. We commissioned a mark. Three months of work, dozens of iterations, and a discipline that makes the wordless do what words cannot. The Stride reads one way: motion that began with intent. That is harder to design than it looks.

Where the Stride lives

The emblem is not decoration. It is architecture.

Heel placement
Placement 01

Presence that precedes you.

The primary placement is moulded into the heel counter, part of the structural stability system, not applied on top.

It faces behind you. The first person who sees it is not you. It is whoever you are leaving behind. That is intentional.

Lateral placement
Placement 02

Identity without words.

The lateral placement pairs the Stride with the Boldstance wordmark, the only time the mark and the name appear together on the shoe.

No tagline. No instruction on how to feel. The mark is enough. The name is enough.

Outsole placement
Placement 03

The standard you set privately.

On the outsole the Stride is invisible while you wear it. It exists in one moment only, when you lace up and press the sole flat.

Not for an audience. For you. A private reminder of the standard you committed to.

Packaging
Placement 04

We dare.

On the box the Stride is monumental, and beside it the two words that hold the whole brand.

We dare is not a slogan. It is the stake in the ground. Every person who opens a Boldstance box reads it before they ever see the shoe.

What we hold

Three things we will not bend on.

Value 01

Relentless

We do not stop when we are tired. We stop when we are done.

Three years. 47 prototypes. Each failure was specific, and each failure was information. Relentless is not refusing to stop. It is refusing to stop learning.

Value 02

Resilient

Pressure does not break what was built for it.

The resilience built into Boldstance is the kind that absorbs impact and returns energy. Shaped by difficulty without being broken by it, and then using that shape to build something only we could build.

Value 03

Ruthless

Ruthless about the product. Never about people.

Everything that does not perform gets cut. Everything that does gets kept. The midsole came from prototype 31 of 47, which means 16 better versions were built after a genuinely good shoe already existed.

Mission

To build for the people the running world overlooked, and to make them feel seen long before we ask them to buy.

Vision

To build a brand that stands for courage, for the unlikely ones, for generations.

This is the Boldstance code.

We build for the runner who shows up when no one is watching.

We hold every material and every decision to the standard we hold ourselves.

We do not follow what exists. We build what should.

We dare.

The Stride
The invitation

You found this before the world did.

That makes you something specific. Not a customer. One of the unlikely ones who saw it first. 300 pairs. January 2027. Back us and you will wear a Zitanos 2.0 before anyone else on earth. If we do not hit our target, you pay nothing.
