Orders

Once the order and payment process is complete, you will be taken to a confirmation page. This page will provide you with all the relevant information about your order. The information will also be send to your email.
After you place your order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately. Furthermore, we will notify you by email once your order ships (usually within 1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping speed). This email will include detailed tracking information applicable in most countries. To track your order's progress, use our reliable Order Tracker.
Please take note that once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made. However, if you have made an error or need to make changes, there is a 60-minute window to cancel your order. After this timeframe, our warehouse will already be processing your order.
To initiate a cancellation request, please use our Boldstance Chatbot. Please note that the option to cancel orders via the Boldstance Chatbot is available only in the United Kingdom and European countries. Additionally, please note that only orders with free standard shipping are eligible for cancellation. Orders placed with expedited shipping are promptly processed to ensure timely delivery.
