Make sure you have the correct order number and are using the correct email address that you originally placed your order with when returning your items through our portal.

Please note we do not offer free returns outside of the UK. For International Orders please follow the link below to print your personalised label.

Items should be returned within 28 days from your delivery date. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our Boldstance® packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is to ensure that the product(s) arrive back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods and you will be liable for any damage until the package is received into our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by Royal Mail, Hermes, or any other delivery services.

Please make a note of your tracking number from the label before dispatching your item. You may need to provide this if your parcel is delayed/lost in transit.

If you would like to exchange your item, please include your request on the dispatch note in your parcel. All exchanges must comply with the Boldstance® Ltd returns policy.

*Please note any free gifts sent with your order must be returned with your order when sending back for a refund/exchange. 

We deliver to any destination within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. There’s no surcharge for delivery to outlying areas.

Once the order and payment process is complete, you will be taken to a confirmation page. This page will provide you with all the relevant information about your order. The information will also be send to your email.

After successfully placing your order and completing the payment process, an order confirmation email will be sent to you immediately. Furthermore, we will notify you via email once your order is shipped (usually within 1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping speed). This email will include detailed tracking information applicable in most countries. To keep track of your order's progress, make sure to utilise our reliable Order Tracker.

Please take note that once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made. However, if by any chance you have made an error or need to alter something, there is a 60-minute window available for cancelling your order. After this timeframe, our warehouse will already be engaged in processing your order diligently.

To initiate a cancellation request, kindly make use of our Boldstance® Chatbot. Please note that the option of cancelling orders through the Boldstance® Chatbot is only applicable in the United Kingdom and European countries. Additionally, please be aware that only orders placed with free, standard shipping are eligible for cancellation. Orders placed with expedited shipping are promptly processed to ensure timely delivery.
