The Zitanos 2.0 is cut on a men's last and runs true to size. Find your size below. Women should size down 1.5 from their usual US women's size.

The CM size displayed on shoe boxes and labels refers to the last length, not your foot length. Your foot length will be slightly shorter. Use the foot length column above to find your correct size.
How to measure your foot
Takes two minutes. You will need a piece of paper, a pen, and a ruler.
Prepare your surface
Tape a piece of paper to a hard, flat floor. Make sure it does not slip when you stand on it.
Stand on the paper
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart, weight evenly distributed. Measure one foot at a time. Wear the socks you plan to run in.
Mark your foot
With a pen held straight down, have someone mark the tip of your big toe and the outermost point of your heel. If you are measuring alone, lean against a wall for balance.
Measure the distance
Measure the distance between the two marks in centimetres. This is your foot length. Match it to the foot length column in the size table above.
Measure both feet
Most people have one foot slightly larger than the other. Always size for the larger foot. If you are between sizes, go up half a size.
Getting the fit right
The Zitanos 2.0 is built for performance. Here is what good fit looks like.
Thumb's width at the toe
There should be about a thumb's width of space between your longest toe and the end of the shoe. This allows for natural foot swell during a run.
Snug but not tight at the heel
Your heel should sit firmly in the heel cup with no slipping. If your heel lifts when you walk, try half a size down or adjust the lacing.
Measure later in the day
Feet swell slightly throughout the day and during exercise. For the most accurate measurement, measure your feet in the afternoon or after a short walk.
Wear your running socks
Always measure and try on shoes wearing the socks you plan to run in. Thicker socks can change your size by half a step.
