January 2027. We will email you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our facility. If anything changes, you will hear from us directly before anyone else.

UK standard delivery is free and takes 5 to 7 working days. UK express delivery is £3.95 and takes 2 to 3 working days. International delivery takes 7 to 14 working days with costs calculated at checkout.

Worldwide. Standard shipping within the UK is free on all pre-orders. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Yes. Email support@boldstance.com with your order number before December 2026 and we will update it. Once production and dispatch begins we cannot make changes.

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after payment. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If it is still not there, email support@boldstance.com and we will check the order status for you.

Yes, before December 2026. Email support@boldstance.com with your order number and the size you want to change to. We will confirm availability and update your order.

Yes. Each pair counts toward the 300 pair limit so act fast. There is no cap on how many you can order.

Email us before we ship and we will swap it if your preferred size is still available. If your size has sold out, we will offer a full refund instead.

Yes, anytime before we ship in January 2027. Full refund, no questions asked. Email support@boldstance.com with your order number and we will process it straight away.

You get a full refund. Every penny. If for any reason we cannot produce the Zitanos 2.0, every pre-order customer will be refunded in full before anything else happens. There is no risk to you.

5 to 10 working days to your original payment method once the refund has been processed. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as it is issued.

30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags attached. Free return shipping for UK orders. Full details are on our Returns and Exchanges page.

Yes. You can back us on Kickstarter or pre-order directly here on boldstance.com. Both get you the £89 price and the same Orange Zitanos 2.0.

On Kickstarter your card is only charged if the campaign reaches its funding goal. If we do not hit the goal, you pay nothing. Once the campaign ends and funding is collected, pledges are locked in with no refunds.

On the website your card is charged immediately at checkout. You can cancel and receive a full refund at any point before we ship in January 2027.

Both get you the £89 price and the same shoe. Choose Kickstarter if you want to be part of the campaign story and only pay if we hit our goal. Choose the website if you want immediate order confirmation and the flexibility to cancel anytime before shipping.

Yes, but each platform is separate. You cannot combine orders across platforms and each pledge or order counts as a separate pair toward the 300 pair limit.

The Zitanos 2.0 runs true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend going up half a size. Full sizing guidance is on our Product and Sizing page.

You get a full refund. We only collect payment on the website to secure production. If we cannot produce the Zitanos 2.0 for any reason, every customer is refunded in full. You lose nothing.
