Contact SupportWe deliver to any destination within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands, and the Isle of Man. There is no surcharge for delivery to outlying areas.
Standard delivery within the UK takes 5 to 7 working days. Express delivery takes 2 to 3 working days. These timelines apply from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Pre orders will dispatch in January 2027.
Yes. Standard delivery is free on all UK orders of £44 and over. For orders under £44, standard delivery is charged at £3.95. Express delivery is £3.95 regardless of order value.
We use Royal Mail and Evri for standard UK deliveries. Express deliveries are handled by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or DPD depending on your location. You will receive carrier and tracking details in your dispatch confirmation email.
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and delivery timelines for international orders are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
International delivery times vary depending on the destination country and the shipping method chosen at checkout. Standard international delivery typically takes 7 to 14 working days. Express options are available at checkout for faster delivery.
Please note that customs processing times can add additional days and are outside of our control.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on your country. These charges are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. We are not able to predict or cover these costs.
We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order if you are unsure what charges may apply.
First check your tracking information using the link in your dispatch confirmation email. If your tracking has not updated for more than 7 business days, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, email us at support@boldstance.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and update you as quickly as possible.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen delivery method.
Shipping is calculated separately at checkout for all orders including pre orders. UK orders of £44 and over receive free standard shipping. The Zitanos 2.0 pre order qualifies for free standard shipping on UK orders.
Yes. Carbon neutral shipping is our commitment from day one. All shipping emissions are offset through verified reforestation programmes. We will name our offset partners publicly once agreements are signed ahead of our first dispatch in January 2027.
You will receive a dispatch confirmation email as soon as your order leaves our facility. This email will include your tracking number and a link to track your parcel through the carrier's website.
Your dispatch confirmation email will contain a tracking number and a direct link to the carrier's tracking page. We do not currently have a self serve tracking portal. If you have misplaced your dispatch email, contact us at support@boldstance.com with your order number and we will resend it.
Your carrier will leave a card or send a notification with options to redeliver, collect from a local depot, or redirect to a neighbour or safe place. This is managed directly through the carrier. Your dispatch email will confirm which carrier is handling your delivery so you can set preferences in advance.
Check with neighbours and any safe location noted at checkout first. If the parcel is still missing, email us at support@boldstance.com within 14 days of the delivery date shown on tracking. We will raise an investigation with the carrier and resolve it for you.
Email us at support@boldstance.com with your order number and photos of the damage as soon as possible. We will arrange a replacement or refund and deal with the carrier claim on your behalf. You should not have to chase this yourself.
