Contact SupportYou have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to return it for a full refund. The item must be unworn, in its original condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.
Return shipping is free for all UK orders. If you're outside the UK, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot process refunds for items that don't reach us.
You can submit a return request by entering your order number and the email address used to place the order on our returns portal. Once your return is approved, we'll email you a prepaid label (UK orders) within 1 business day.
If you're returning multiple items that require more than one box, please submit a separate return request for each box. You will receive a unique return label for each one. Please do not return multiple orders in a single box.

Once your return request is approved, your prepaid return label will be emailed to the address on your order within 1 business day.
If you've misplaced your label, you can access it again at any time by entering your order number and email address again on our returns portal. If you're still having trouble, email support@boldstance.com and we'll resend it straight away.
Free return shipping is available for all orders delivered within the UK. We'll email a prepaid label once your return is approved.
If you're outside the UK, return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't process refunds for items that don't reach us.
Returning a Klarna order involves two steps. Both are important:
- Submit your return with us. Enter your order number and email on our returns portal to check eligibility and receive your return label.
- Report the return to Klarna. Log into the Klarna app and report your return there too. This pauses your payments while your return is in transit. If you skip this step, Klarna may continue to charge you during the return period.
Once we receive and verify your return, we'll initiate the refund from our end. Klarna will then process your refund and notify you directly with the details. Please allow up to 21 days from the date we receive your return for the refund to be reflected in your Klarna account.
If you received a Boldstance product as a gift and need to return it, get in touch at support@boldstance.com before starting the process. We will guide you through it.
To process a gift return, you'll need to provide as much of the following as possible: the original order number, the name of the person who placed the order, the item(s) you'd like to return or exchange, and your own email address and shipping address.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method of the person who placed the order. If you'd prefer an exchange, we can arrange that too. Just let us know when you get in touch.
Products purchased from a retail partner must be returned directly to that retailer under their own return policy. We're unable to process returns or refunds for orders not placed through boldstance.com.
If you're having difficulty with a retail partner, get in touch and we'll do what we can to help point you in the right direction.
Our standard 30 day return policy applies to all products, including Last Season and Limited Edition items, as long as they are unworn, in their original condition, and returned in the original intact packaging with all tags attached.
Please note that Last Season and Limited Edition products are not eligible for exchange. Returns for these items will be processed as refunds only.
Once a return request has been submitted, it can't be changed. If you need to return an additional item from your order, simply submit a new return request for that item using your order number and email address on our returns portal.
If something has changed and you no longer want to proceed with a return you've already submitted, please email support@boldstance.com as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help, provided the item hasn't been received by us yet.
Your refund will be issued after our team has received your return and verified the items are in eligible condition. This process can take up to 21 days from the date we receive your return. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Once issued, it may take a further 2 to 5 business days for the funds to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. This is outside of our control.
If you paid with Klarna, your account will be updated within the same 21 day window. Make sure you've also reported the return in the Klarna app to pause any upcoming payments in the meantime.
If it's been longer than 21 days since we confirmed receipt of your return and you haven't received your refund, email support@boldstance.com and we'll look into it immediately.
To exchange your order, submit a return request on our returns portal using your order number and email address, then select exchange and specify the size or colour you'd like instead.
We'll confirm availability and, for UK orders, email you a prepaid return label. Once we receive your original item and verify it's in unworn condition, we'll dispatch your replacement and send you a shipping confirmation.
At this stage we only offer one model, the Zitanos 2.0, so exchanges are available for a different size or colour variant only. As our range grows, we'll update this policy accordingly.
If you'd like a refund instead, submit a return request and we'll process it once we receive your item.
We're not able to exchange an exchange order. If the size or colour you received in your exchange still isn't right, you'll need to return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred option.
To do this, submit a return request using your exchange order number and the email address from your original order. Your exchange must still be within the 30 day return window and in unworn, original condition.
If you've received an exchanged item and would prefer a refund, you can return it under our standard 30 day policy as long as it's unworn and in its original intact packaging.

Last Season and Limited Edition products are not eligible for exchange due to the limited nature of their inventory. If your item is in eligible condition, you can return it for a refund and place a new order for your preferred size or colour. Subject to availability.
Exchange may not be available if the size or variant you're requesting is out of stock, if your item is a Last Season or Limited Edition product, or if your item does not meet our return conditions. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of delivery.
If you're unsure why exchange isn't showing as an option, email support@boldstance.com and we'll look into it.
We're not able to dispatch exchange orders until we've received and verified your original return. To get your new size faster, we'd suggest returning your original item for a refund and placing a new order straight away. That way you are not waiting on both ends of the process.
Your prepaid return label includes a tracking number. Once you've dropped your parcel off, you can use that number on the carrier's website to follow its progress back to us.
You can also check the status of your return at any time by entering your order number and email address again on our returns portal. You will be able to see where things are in the process.
We'll send you a confirmation email as soon as your return arrives with us, and again when your refund or exchange has been processed. If it's been more than 21 days since we confirmed receipt and you haven't heard from us, email support@boldstance.com and we'll chase it down immediately.
