Please note that we do not offer free returns outside the United Kingdom. For International Orders, please follow the link below to print your personalised label.

Items should be returned within 28 days from your delivery date. The garments must be unused and with all relevant tags still attached. Our Boldstance® packaging is a part of the product and must be returned with the goods. This is to ensure the product(s) are returned to us in a suitable, undamaged condition. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer, and/or a refund may be refused.

It is your duty to take reasonable care of the goods, and you will be liable for any damage until the package is received into our warehouse. We are not responsible for any lost or missing packages returned to us by Royal Mail, Hermes, or any other delivery services.

Please note your tracking number on the label before dispatching your item. You may need to provide this if your parcel is delayed/lost in transit.

We deliver to any destination within the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands and Islands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man. There’s no surcharge for delivery to outlying areas.

Once the order and payment process is complete, you will be taken to a confirmation page. This page provides all relevant information about your order. The information will also be sent to your email.

After you place your order and complete payment, you will receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Furthermore, we will notify you by email once your order ships (usually within 1-5 business days, depending on the selected shipping speed).

This email will include detailed tracking information applicable in most countries. To track your order's progress, use our reliable Order Tracker.

Please take note that once an order has been processed, changes cannot be made. However, if you have made an error or need to make changes, there is a 60-minute window to cancel your order. After this timeframe, our warehouse will already be processing your order.

To initiate a cancellation request, please use our Boldstance® Chatbot. Please note that the option to cancel orders via the Boldstance® Chatbot is available only in the United Kingdom and European countries. Additionally, please note that only orders with free standard shipping are eligible for cancellation. Orders placed with expedited shipping are promptly processed to ensure timely delivery.
