Yes. You can find us on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Links are in the footer of every page on boldstance.com. We post production updates, campaign news, and running content regularly.

When you place an order we collect the information needed to process and deliver it. This includes your name, email address, delivery address, and payment information. Payment details are processed securely by Shopify Payments and are never stored on our servers.

We also collect basic analytics data on how the site is used to help us improve the experience. This does not include personally identifiable information.

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Your data is used only to process your order, provide customer support, and send you updates you have opted into.

Email us at support@boldstance.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days in accordance with UK GDPR requirements.

Please note that we may need to retain certain information for legal or financial compliance purposes, such as order records required for tax purposes.

Every marketing email from Boldstance includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Click it and you will be removed from our mailing list immediately. You can also email support@boldstance.com and we will remove you manually.

Unsubscribing from marketing emails will not affect transactional emails such as order confirmations and dispatch notifications.

Yes. boldstance.com is built on Shopify, one of the most secure ecommerce platforms available. All data transmitted between your browser and our site is encrypted using SSL. Payments are processed by Shopify Payments which is PCI DSS Level 1 compliant. This is the highest level of payment security certification available.

No. Your card details are handled entirely by Shopify Payments and are never stored on our servers. We do not have access to your full card number at any point in the transaction.

Do not click any links or download any attachments from emails you are unsure about. Boldstance will only ever contact you from addresses ending in @boldstance.com. If you receive something suspicious, forward it to support@boldstance.com and we will confirm whether it came from us.
