Placing an order

When you place an order on boldstance.com, you are making an offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. That confirmation does not mean we have accepted your order. Your order is accepted when we send you a dispatch confirmation or, in the case of a pre-order, a production confirmation email.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at any time, for any reason. If we cancel your order after payment, we will refund you in full within 5 to 10 working days.

Pre-orders

The Zitanos 2.0 is currently available as a pre-order. By placing a pre-order you understand and agree to the following:

Pricing

All prices are shown in British pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The pre-order price of £89 is guaranteed for your order at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but price changes will never affect orders already placed.

Discount codes cannot be applied on top of the pre-order price. £89 is already the lowest price we will offer for the Zitanos 2.0.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Klarna. All payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We never store your full card details.

If you pay using Klarna and subsequently wish to return your order, you must submit your return to us and also report the return in the Klarna app to ensure your payment plan is updated correctly.

Shipping

Standard shipping within the UK is free on all orders. Express delivery is available at £3.95. International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to you once the order has been dispatched.

We ship worldwide. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item for a refund. Items must be unworn, in original condition, with all tags attached and in original packaging.

UK customers receive free return shipping. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds are processed within 21 days of us receiving the returned item. The refund will be made to your original payment method.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel any order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason. To exercise this right, notify us at support@boldstance.com within 14 days of delivery.

Product descriptions and accuracy

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, images, weights and specifications are accurate. However, minor variations may occur between production batches. We reserve the right to correct errors without prior notice.

Colour representations on screen may vary from the actual product due to monitor settings. If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, our returns policy applies.

Your account

If you create an account on boldstance.com, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@boldstance.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that violate these terms or are used fraudulently.

Intellectual property

All content on boldstance.com including text, images, logos, the Boldstance brand mark and the Zitanos name is owned by Boldstance Ltd or used under licence. You may not reproduce, distribute or use any of it without our written permission.

Boldstance® is a registered trademark. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Boldstance Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law are not affected by these terms.

Prohibited uses

You may not use boldstance.com to do any of the following: submit false information, impersonate any person or entity, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, transmit malicious code or interfere with the site's operation, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our site will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer in another part of the UK, you may also have rights under the laws of Scotland or Northern Ireland.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you by posting a notice on our site. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
