• Delivery dates are estimates and may move as production progresses

Boldstance products are footwear and performance sportswear, designed for running and training. They are not medical devices, therapeutic equipment, or a guarantee against injury.

Before starting any new exercise programme

• Consult a doctor, especially if you have an existing medical condition, are recovering from injury, are pregnant or postpartum, or have not exercised regularly for some time
• Build up gradually and listen to your body
• Stop immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, or other warning signs

We are not liable for any injury, illness, or other adverse outcome arising from:

• Your decision to undertake any form of exercise
• The intensity or appropriateness of the exercise you choose
• Medical conditions you already have
• Use of our products in ways they were not intended for

We do not promise specific running, fitness, body composition, or performance results from wearing Boldstance products. Footwear and apparel can support your training. They cannot replace the training itself, your recovery, your nutrition, or the other personal factors that determine outcomes.

Performance figures such as energy return and certified lifespan come from our own development testing under controlled conditions. Your individual experience will vary with your weight, gait, running surface, mileage and conditions. Any athletes or models shown on the site reflect their own individual results, which are not typical or guaranteed for any other customer.

All content on this Website, including text, graphics, the Stride mark, photography, and page design, belongs to Boldstance Ltd or its licensors.

You may not modify, copy or reproduce any part of the Website, or include any part of it in another work or website by embedding, framing or otherwise, without our express written permission.
